Help your child shine for this special, memory-making moment…whether that’s with a favorite outfit, a fresh haircut, or simply a big smile.

All students will be photographed for school records
Color backgrounds will be available until 4pm on August 19th, and you will be able to select them during checkout.
After August 19th, only Thunder Gray will be available.
We will have to apply a $9.00 late fee for orders placed after August 30th, so please order early!

SCHOOL PICTURE ORDERING IN 4 EASY STEPS
Pre-Order your student’s portrait. Color backgrounds will be available until August19th at 4pm. For orders placed after that date, only Thunder Gray background will be available.
We do not send proofs.
Trust in the process and know we will choose the best photo out of the bunch we take for printing your package and ensure you have a great picture for your memory keepsake. After we deliver prints and you view your child’s photos you can decide whether to have retakes done or not. For digital file ONLY package, we will send a proof to the e-mail indicated on the online ordering process and deliver the high resolution file if the proof is approved.
After about 4 weeks your students’ photos will be delivered to the school.
Please don’t forget to check your child’s backpack!
Retakes will take place at the end of September or early October and will be available only for:
• Students who were absent on the original picture day and
• Students who previously ordered a photo package.
If your child is having a retake, please send the original photo package with them to school.
We will take a new photo and reprint a new package . Retakes will be on the same color background as the original order.
TIPS AND TRICKS FOR A SUCCESSFUL SCHOOL PICTURE DAY
This will be our 10th year photographing your children at Sandburg Elementary!
We always strive to engage with your children and give them something to smile about while capturing their priceless memories of the school year, but please understand it isn’t always easy to capture their natural smile and expression in those brief seconds we have with each child!
We also try and ensure their hair and clothes are in place and that there’s no food or permanent marker on their faces! That being said, there are a few things that you parents, can do to help them prepare for this big day so it can be a fun and stress-free experience. Here they are:
- Beauty sleep - That is a big deal for kids of all ages. A full night's sleep is a must to have them feeling rested, energized and looking fresh for their portrait on picture day!
- Comfortable outfit - To have your child look great on picure day, choose something he or she feels confident in, comfortable and is clean and low maintenance.
- Hair - Have your child get a haircut or style his/her hair before picture day. Remember to keep it simple because at times, intricate hair styles and accessories might get messed up during recess.
- Imperfections are good - Whether it's the forced grin or a stubborn lock of hair out of place, embrace the experience as a way to document your child at this special age. School pictures are treasures that show how much kids have grown over the years, and looking back, the imperfections will be what you'll love the most!
Heads up — we don’t call the shots on the schedule, so some kiddos might be rolling in fresh from recess, a little wild but ready to shine!
